Put a receipt between two report pages
Open the report first, then the receipt. Move C — Practice receipt earlier once, so the headings read A, C, B. Save and reopen the PDF to check the order; printed page labels will not renumber themselves.

How to use
- Choose PDFs. Open one or more documents. Each thumbnail shows the source filename and original page number.
- Arrange pages. Drag pages or use Earlier and Later. Check pages before choosing Remove selected, Rotate left or Rotate right.
- Prepare download. Check the order and output count, enter Download name, then prepare the file. Download it and open it to confirm the changes.
Questions
Does unchecking a page leave it out of the download?
No. Checkboxes select pages to edit; a normal combined export includes every page still shown. Use Remove selected to leave pages out, or Split & extract with Extract selected pages into one PDF to save only your selection.
Can I undo a mistake?
Undo and Redo keep up to 40 editing steps in this session, including added documents. Clear workspace or leaving the page removes that history. Save the finished PDF before closing the tab.
What might not survive the export?
Text, images and vector graphics are copied as PDF page content, without rasterising them. Bookmarks, attachments, document properties, accessibility structure and internal links are not guaranteed to carry over. Interactive forms and signature fields are rejected. Keep the original and check the saved copy.
Why will a document not open?
The workspace accepts up to 500 source pages and 100 MB of source files. Protected PDFs and documents with interactive form or signature fields need preparation in a PDF editor. On a phone, smaller batches may work better. Clear workspace releases sources retained for undo.
Are my documents saved online?
The workspace processes them in your browser and does not upload them for editing. Working copies remain in the page session until cleared or closed. The page and PDF-processing files still need to load over the network; local processing is not the same as a network-free website.
