A number looks wrong
The most useful message I can get. Tell me the tool, what you entered and what you expected — I would rather hear about it than have it sit there being wrong.
A rate or figure is out of date
VAT rates and public holidays change. Every table shows when it was last checked; if you spot a stale one, let me know and I will update it and the date.
A tool you wish existed
If you keep searching for something and keep landing on a page that wants you to upload a file, tell me. That is usually a good sign it belongs here.
Something is broken
Especially on a specific browser or phone. Mentioning which one, and what happened, saves me a lot of guessing.
What I cannot help with
- Recovering your files. The tools run entirely in your browser, so nothing you process is ever sent to me. There is no copy on any server to retrieve.
- Tax, legal or financial advice. The calculators are quick estimates that show their working. For anything binding, check with a qualified professional or your national tax authority.
- Guest posts and link exchanges. The guides are written to explain the tools, not to host links.
