What to include
A number looks wrong
Include the page address, a small example of what you entered, the result you got and the result you expected. Use made-up values if the originals are private.
A rate or figure is out of date
Send the affected page and a link to the relevant tax authority, holiday calendar or publication. Include the date the change took effect if you know it.
A tool you wish existed
Describe the task, what you start with and the result you need. Suggestions can be about calculations, cooking, text, images or any other part of the catalog.
Something is broken
Mention your browser and device, the steps you took and any error message. For a file problem, its format and approximate size are useful starting points.
Before you send a message
- Recovering your files. Tool files are processed in your browser, not uploaded to ToolsNow. The maintainer cannot retrieve your working file or an unsaved result.
- Personal advice. Support covers the tools and their explanations. For advice about your health, tax, legal or financial circumstances, consult an appropriate professional.
- Guest posts and link exchanges. The guides are written to explain the tools, not to host links.
