How to use

Questions
What should I paste: a title or a full URL?
Paste the title or words for the slug, not the whole address. The converter treats punctuation as word separators, so it will not preserve a URL’s protocol, path structure or query parameters.
Does it turn every language into ASCII?
No. It removes many Latin accent marks and handles listed substitutions such as ß → ss, æ → ae and ø → o. Other scripts can remain in the slug. It also turns symbols such as & and € into "and" and "eur"; check the wording if those are not right for your page.
Can Limit length cut a word in half?
Yes, when the first word alone exceeds the limit or you choose no separator. With a separator, the tool normally cuts back to the last separator within the limit. Review shortened results rather than assuming every word will be kept whole.
Should I drop filler words?
Only if the result still reads clearly. The option removes a fixed list of English words such as "the" and "of"; it does not understand the title. Different titles can produce the same slug, so this is not a uniqueness check.
